User Retention
User retention measures the percentage of active users after a certain number of days post-signup on website or app installation. Consider:
- Ideal usage frequency: Daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
- Calculate retention based on entry and returning conditions.

Usage
In Palzin Track > Metrics > Retention we have the below component to help you.

Retention Graph: The retention graph is derived by computing a weighted average, with the weight assigned based on the number of users in each cohort, from the weekly retention data found in your acquisition cohort table. In this calculation, a user is classified as retained only if at least one event from the specified report setup was triggered within the selected time range.

Most Retained Users For Last 30 Days: Shows the list of the users that have performed events in the past 30 days.

Recent 5 Power Users: Shows the list of the users that have performed at least one event in the past 7 days.

Recent 5 Drifting Users: Shows the list of the users that haven't performed any event in the past 7 days.
